Claudine's sauces and chilli products are fiery and unique to the area!! Especially love the Inferno Sauce. Found them at Mason Wines on the highway at Ballandean. Some of Mt Stirling's products are available from Claudine, as well. The fabulous Fudge, Spaghetti Sprinkle, Dipping Sauce and our favourite - Kalamata Olives in Raspberry Vinegar, rosemary & EVOO.
