The winter fires will put a glow over the landscape that’s been scoured for produce. Frosty days mean warm summer pickings and winter vegetables. The first Heritage Manor Warm Heart Degustation Dinner for 2020 is alive with preserved bounty from the woodlands and pastures, bought together in a fusion of flavour.
Exquisite award winning Halliday wines, with two gold medals and one silver medal is matched with local produce and earthy richness. The dinner features wild caught venison. Our chef will highlight each enticing ingredient, and take you on a journey of five indulgent courses of mellow seasonal sweetness of the season, contrasted with intensely savoury flavours.
