Ridgemill Estate’s Top Dog Wine Club Day lands right in the middle of vintage — the most exciting time of year for wine lovers to visit the Granite Belt. The experiences have been curated in a ‘build your own adventure format’ so guests can enjoy things their way.

The event kicks off with a Vertical Tasting experience. Attendees can take a deep dive into the evolution of Ridgemill Estate Riesling, tasting five vintages paired with a selection of charcuterie. This is a unique and special opportunity to spend time with winemaker Peter McGlashan, as he guides participants through the nuances of each wine. It’s the perfect way to sneak a taste of wine club life and kick start the weekend.

An optional Farm Tour is followed by the wine club signature event: Top Dog Twilight Dinner (fire feast with matched wines) — a three-course flame cooked feast, celebrating local produce paired with Ridgemill Estate new releases and special museum wines.
