A unique opportunity to be guided by the winemaker to sip your way through some old vintage Granite Belt wines and discuss the merits of old wines. Do they get better? How much do they change? How should I keep my wine? Will I still like the wine? Why does it change colour?

A cellared wine beside a current release will unveil the mysteries of why people age wine. After 25 years of winemaking, Pyramids Road Wines now have a cellar of old wines that they are keen to share and compare.
