Sabo’s on Severn presents a distinctive accommodation experience, featuring a total of eight rooms—four charming in-house guest rooms and four self-contained units—nestled within 33 acres of scenic landscapes along the tranquil Severn River.
Each room boasts a queen-size bed equipped with electric blankets. The cottage-style in-house rooms provide a cozy ambiance and grant access to the main dining room, library, television room, and convenient tea and coffee facilities. Sabo’s On Severn treats guests to home-baked goods and gourmet breakfasts, incorporating a seasonal menu that harmonizes with the abundance of local produce.
Positioned as a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts on the Granite Belt, Sabo’s offers restaurant-quality dinners, gourmet breakfasts, and the opportunity to engage in the culinary arts through its cooking school. At he Cooked from Scratch cooking school guests can partake in seasonal classes, that are great for team building and small groups.
The self-contained units feature a fireplace, kitchenette, en-suite, and a comfortable queen-size bed. A front veranda overlooking the garden provides an ideal setting to savor a glass of wine and a cheese platter while observing the diverse birdlife. Notably, Sabo’s is a pet-friendly establishment, welcoming furry companions to share in the experience.

The Poppy Unit is located at the back of the main homestead. Uniquely decorated and containing queen-size beds, they are complete with private en-suites and kitchenettes. Tea and coffee-making facilities are included to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. Evening meals are available as an extra, please enquirer when booking. Undercover parking is available, with firewood provided for your wood heater. The kitchenettes include a microwave, mini fridge with freezer, coffee machine and electric Jug.
Magnolia Unit
The Magnolia Unit is located at the back of the main homestead . Uniquely decorated and containing queen size beds they are complete with private en-suites and kitchenettes.
