One of the questions commonly asked most in the cellar door is “How long can I keep this wine?”

Now is your chance to find out more about how wines age over time. Do they get better? How much do they change? How should I keep my wine? Will I still like the wine? Why does it change colour?

This is a unique opportunity to be guided by Warren, the winemaker to see and learn about the many different aspects of wine ageing. A cellared wine beside a current release will unveil the mysteries of why people age wine.

After 25 years of winemaking, they now have a stock of wines that they can share and compare.
