Overview
Balancing Heart Vineyard, the Halliday Wine Companion Dark Horse Winery of the Year, fires up the spit for Charcoal and Scarlet, sunset dining with free live local music and fire pits lit when the evenings turn cool.
Roast dinner
Two courses. Garlic focaccia, followed by slow-roasted rotisserie meat with seasonal vegetables and house-made gravy. The roast changes weekly between lamb, pork and beef.
Seafood Fridays
The grill turns to seafood on select Fridays, except over winter.
Barbecue Moreton Bay bugs with lemon parsley butter, anchovy aioli and salad. Seafood mezze board with prawns, cheese, smoked salmon, vegetables, pickled elements and sourdough. Prawns with cocktail sauce.
The full dinner menu is also available, so everyone at the table can enjoy their favourites. Roast servings are limited.
