Overview

A hands-on masterclass interspersed with a great food and wine experience at Varias.

A unique opportunity to harvest, crush, press and ferment a wine in a teaching winery under the guidance of a professional winemaker.

AUD425 per person includes all training, meals and beverages (per weekend)

Small class size – min. 10 and up to approx. 25 participants
Non-participant partners welcome to join for dinner @ $85 pp including meal and wines
