Heritage Estate Winery is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a superb meal with family, colleagues or friends. The chef-prepared meals are of the highest standard and feature locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
Vine + Dine gourmet lunch has International Chef, prepare five dishes like Blue Swimmer Crab on Squid Ink Pasta, Angus Beef/Reef dish, whilst 10 wines are paired perfectly. Their Sommelier tells why these flavours work well together.
Soaring ceilings, huge fires, and a brilliant cellar door is the setting. Afterward, walk in the vineyard with their viticulturist and smell the beautiful roses. Allow one – two hours, in the highest altitude 5-Star winery in Australia.
