5) Save or Print the Bus Timetable
It’s helpful during the event to have the bus timetable with you. Print it out or save a copy to your device.
6) To plan or not to plan?
It’s your choice whether to take to the bus timetable with a highlighter and mark out which venues you will do and in what order… OR if you’re inclined to just go with the flow on the day with no plan that can be just as fun!
Tip: It’s not possible to experience all venues in one day (expect to visit 4-5).

7) Collect your Grazing Voucher booklet at one of these 2 locations:
Friday: Queensland College of Wine Tourism: 22 Caves Road, Stanthorpe.
Saturday morning: Stanthorpe Visitor Information Centre: 28 Leslie Parade, Stanthorpe.
8) On Saturday arrive outside the Stanthorpe Visitor Information Centre and be seated on a bus ready to depart at 9.30am (arrive earlier to exchange your ticket for vouchers).
If your accommodation is elsewhere along the bus route you may choose to join the buses at another location (if this is the case please be sure to pick up your voucher book on Friday afternoon).
9) At the venues order a grazing dish from the menu (paying with your voucher book). While you wait for your meal you may choose to use that time to do a wine tasting (wine tastings often have a fee of $5 to $10, though some cellar doors have free wine tasting if you make wine bottle purchase, so check at the cellar doors on arrival).
If you happen to use all your vouchers, extra meals/drinks can be purchased along the way.
There’s no need to take your bottle purchases with you, just take the receipt for now. Jump back on the bus to head to your next stop.
10) Close to 5pm all buses end back at the Stanthorpe Visitor Information Centre.
