The Best Times for Stone Fruit
In summer the orchards which lie north of Stanthorpe are laden with fruit. Â They begin appearing for sale in volume from around mid-November with December being the perfect month to buy these sweet fruits by the box load.
EVE’s FRESH PRODUCE
Eve’s Fresh Produce is a family farm open to the public for stone fruit purchases on weekends from December to January. Â Check them out on Facebook for the latest updates.

Nicoletti Orchards
Pick your own cherries at Nicoletti Orchards is not available this summer 2022-2023. Follow Nicoletti Orchards on Facebook or Instagram for updates on when their next fruit picking days are on. Their apple picking days are expected to return from March 2023.
Sam’s the Man to See 7 Days a Week
Sam Giacca is a local legend and a loved local character – he’s the one to see for guaranteed local fruit that’s come straight from local farms. Sam knows the local farmers and sells their summer fruits to the public at Sam’s Fresh Fruit & Veg north of Stanthorpe.
He’s always up for a chat and loves giving visitors their first taste of locally grown, oh-so-sweet stone fruits.  If you’re heading north to go home, drop in to see Sam and Sparky as your last stop on the Granite Belt.
